**Job Description
The successful applicant will be reporting to the CEO of the organization, and as Associate Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for driving the overall HR function and strategies, provide leadership, planning on the HR function for all regions. You will be working closely with senior executives and supporting Department Heads and Team Leaders to advise on manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent management and retention. Furthermore, you will be thinking of implementing processes and continuous development of the HR function in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with CEO and collaborating with members of the management team.
- Hands on involvement on talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR compliance.
- Manage employee relations and issues including resolving conflicts, providing solutions and execution of disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching and management of the human resources team include leading the HR Team to develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives.
- Prepare various HR reports and analytics to present to the CEO and management on a regular basis and in a timely manner.
- Act as a key point of contact, establish and maintain close relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse market benchmarking data and ensure that the organization is in line with the market.
- Keep abreast of the market trends, laws and regulations impacting the organization, best practices and development of employee benefits in the industry, optimize and enhance the system, policies and procedures relating to our human capital.
- Support HR initiatives as assigned by the management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant discipline;
- A minimum of 15 years of generalist experience in an HR role with at least 8 years at least in a HR managerial role leading a team;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Labour law and regulations of various jurisdictions including Singapore, Hong Kong and PRC, with exposure to other regions such as the Malaysia, Philippines, United States, United Kingdom is advantageous.
