The Manager/ Associate Director, Human Resource will be part of the HR Team in providing full spectrum of HR support to the whole organisation. He/She will work closely with HR Director and the senior leaders in the area of recruitment, managing employee well-being as well as payroll processing.

Recruitment
- Manage the organisation’s end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including but not limiting to sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement proactive Talent Acquisition strategies and build a talent pipeline of diverse and qualified talents for current and future expansion business needs
- Evaluate existing recruitment channels and develop new approaches to meet hiring needs
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings
- Identify future staffing needs; partner with team heads to oversee their HR needs, including workforce planning and manpower needs, building of competencies, managing change, alignment of employees to meet business objectives

Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee employee compensation and benefits, compensation databases, benchmark compensation as well as annual performance reviews
- Develop competitive compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent
- Conduct salary reviews and labour market research to define benchmarks
- Provide advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines.
- Review and implements new Compensation and Benefits package by analyzing market surveys and benchmark best practices to ensure it is aligned with the market and internal values and strategy.
- Ensure that current compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Work with external service provider to develop/maintain the organisation’s employees’ benefits programme

Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
- Develop HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and philosophy
- Conduct regular reviews to continuously improve efficiency of HR services provided
- Design and implement programs and solutions to address issues/suggestions raised in employee satisfaction surveys to enhance employee engagement and cohesion
- Manage sensitive employee relations (complaints, performance management and conflict resolution) issues professionally
- Play an important role in culture building as well as employee engagement
- Nurture a positive working environment at all times

HR Strategy
- Align HR strategies and plans to TF’s current and future business strategy in consultation with senior management.
- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes where necessary to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations

Other Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in human resources management/business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and local labour regulations
- Self-motivated, results oriented, well organized, with good project management skills
- Strong problem solving and creative skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
- Good negotiation, communication and writing skills, as well as, proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
