Job Description:
- Analyse and identify customer’s needs and match against IT Products/Solutions
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads
- Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.
- Effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to customers
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
- Daily sales Pipeline and activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product Solutions changes, innovations and trends.
- Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
- Adhere to sales process, Pipeline management, ethics and compliance.
- Achieve sales Quota across Products lines.
**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**:
1.Minimum 5 years of IT/Solution sales experience along with lead generation and handling preferably enterprise accounts.
2.Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written in **English and Korean.**
3.Must be experienced selling technical and integrated IT premium priced solutions, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
4.Must have experience selling technology-based product and software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches, familiarity and experience with large ticket long sales cycle technology sales items, competitive -assertive personality with ability to operate effectively independently in high-pressure, high-risk sales environment.
5.Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
6.Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
7.Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
8.Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
