**Introduction to the role**

The HRBP/ International generalist role supports the existing People Operations team and managers/leadership team with all administrative and operational tasks across all People topics globally: recruitment, onboarding, employee life-cycle changes, training & development, performance reviews, compensation & benefits, information system updates, etc.).

You will be part of The People team, which is currently composed of 1 Recruitment Specialist, an HR Generalist, 2 HRBPs and one People director (whom you will be reporting to and who is responsible for all People matters and policies across the company, globally).

**Main responsibilities**

As HRBP, you will be working on a daily basis and on day-to-day operations in collaboration with the People Operations team, supporting country managers/Head of offices and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
**Operations** of human resources:

- Providing (HR) support to offices and office managers (Head of offices) under scope, which includes managing employee relations issues, implementing effective people management strategies decided by the management team, advising and ensuring firm policies and procedures are adhered to across the business area
- Assist in recruitment process when needed/necessary
- Coordinating newcomers’ onboardings
- Supporting employee mobilities as well as constitution of files for immigration processes
- Updating the newcomers' information package and employee handbook
- Maintaining employee files and records
- Assisting with the payroll preparation in different countries (such as Singapore, Japan, Australia)
- Checking invoices for correctness of charges (pension plan, healthcare plan, benefits, etc.) and charging the appropriate Green Giraffe entities
- Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise

**Global **people development projects:

- Conducting research to ensure compliance with different country labour regulations
- Updating our HR information systems (Talentsoft, Lucca, Javelo and Recruitee)
- Supporting the management of the company-wide performance management cycle
- Organizing training & development initiatives
- Assisting in the development and implementation of human resources policies and ensuring they are always up to date in the employee handbook
- Gathering and analysing data with useful HR metrics for reporting

Your main scope will be of 3 countries so far (Singapore, Japan, Australia), currently equivalent to 20 employees and more to come. Nevertheless, the People team works together globally to ensure efficiently, and you can be required to step in on tasks that will target the entire company, hence your missions may not be limited to this main scope.

Within this role, you will be supporting and will be part of the close-knit People Operations team and will fill a crucial support role for our teams advising clients internationally. You can expect occasional business travelling opportunities worldwide to work alongside colleagues in other offices than your own.

**Education, **experience and attributes
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a specialisation in human resources management
- Have 2-5 years of experience in international human resources management
- Additional HR /admin training will be a plus
- Have strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Are IT savvy (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and feel generally at ease with using digital systems
- Are very organised and meticulous/detailed oriented
- Have a good understanding of HR administration and labour law
- Are able to work autonomously and motivation to take initiatives and responsibility for allocated tasks
- Show excellent relationship skills with a strong sense of customer service towards employees
- Enjoy working in a commercial international environment with different nationalities, business cultures, languages and time zones
- Know how to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Are a flexible and resourceful multi-taskerwith a good sense of humour
