**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the HR Lead in driving and implementing HR strategies and initiatives across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and the UAE
- Assist in managing the employee lifecycle across designated markets, including onboarding, confirmations, performance processes, employee relations, and offboarding
- Drive regional recruitment activities, working with hiring managers and external partners to support headcount needs
- Contribute to compensation, benefits, and rewards activities by supporting analysis, benchmarking, and implementation in line with market practices and HQ frameworks
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and support tracking of compliance requirements across Hong Kong, China, and the UAE
- Provide operational support in maintaining employee records, HRIS updates, and vendor coordination
- Assist the HR Lead in co-developing and rolling out HR programs, including policy frameworks, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities
- Participate in regional and cross-border HR projects, including setting up new processes or adapting frameworks for new markets (0-1 initiatives)
- Act as a liaison for assigned entities or markets, coordinating with overseas teams, employees, and vendors
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience in financial institutions
- Working knowledge of Singapore labour law; exposure to employment practices in Hong Kong or UAE is advantageous
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compensation and benefits, including designing and implementing new processes
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a centralised HR team, with attention to detail and execution excellence
- Experience in supporting regional projects or multi-country HR activities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across locations and cultures
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
