**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development -Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at AYP Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by managing a team of Business Development professionals

**Responsibilities**:

- ** **Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets by identifying new market opportunities, target industries, and potential clients for outreach efforts
- Lead and manage a team of BD professionals - providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet their SMART performance goals that you will set
- Lead by example in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales materials and presentations for client meetings and pitches
- Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives via Hubspot CRM
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HR solutions SAAS sector
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with clients HR objectives
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the usage and collaborate with the product team to understand upcoming features and align them with client needs

**Job Requirements**:

- ** **Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related fields
- Min 5 years of experience managing and leading a team of sales/BD professionals
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales processes, and negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, willing to travel and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
