**Your Role**:
As a Customer Success intern, you will learn the ins-and-outs of how the department operates and the role of CSM within a cybersecurity company.
**Your Opportunity**:
- Get to know the day-to-day of what a Customer Success Manager does within a publicly traded tech company
- Gain exposure to the cybersecurity industry and best-of-breed vulnerability management software
- Learn about Tenable’s product portfolio and how security practitioners use the solutions
- Learn how sales cycles work and how successful CSMs achieve/exceed their quotas
- Learn and make effective use of CRM (Salesforce)
**What You'll Need**:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Desire to work in sales or similar client support role
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team to complete tasks with defined parameters and timelines
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
