At our AI logistics startup, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of engineers, developers, and logistics professionals who are committed to using cutting-edge technology to improve the delivery experience for merchants and customers alike, while also reducing the carbon footprint of city logistics.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing customer relationships, including identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Working with internal teams, such as sales, support, and product, to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Resolving issues or problems that arise for customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Gathering and analyzing data on customer behavior and preferences to inform product and service improvements.
- Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their accounts or projects.
- Developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow customer relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in customer service or account management is highly preferred
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
