To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a strong team player with experience in order fulfillment and supply chain processes, with a service first mindset and ability handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment. The ability to manage inputs from many teams and individuals that span multiple functions and lines of reporting are crucial for the success. At the end of the day, you are passionate about customer service and ensure that the expectations of the Nike’s partners are continually managed and exceeded.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

At Nike we see our Operations function as a source of competitive advantage. This role is part of the Marketplace Operations team. Your role is to drive seasonal execution with speed and agility, keep the marketplace clean and healthy. You will partner with other teams to execute daily product flow, guide launches and initiatives to provide support and services for priority markets and strategic partners.

Your goal is to elevate service for our customers and consumers, maximize inventory productivity through collaboration with accounts team and retailers to win at the moment of truth by delivering the right product, to the right place at the right time. You will also drive continuous process improvement efforts within operations by working across all interfacing organizations.

1. Work closely with other teams to align "bottoms-up" shipping goals with "tops-down" shipping expectations. Support reaching financial objectives set by the business
2. Prioritize specific shipments for accelerated delivery, identify risks and opportunities across customers.

3. Ensure and execute against efficient order management processes to plan/deliver seasons by maximizing orderbooks
4. PRE-SEASON:
a. Monitor and resolve any issues that might come up with orders. Ensure order book accuracy & integrity through an order validation process.

b. Pro-active management of order book with focus on demand/supply match.

5. IN-SEASON:
a. Work with customers and Nike teams to align, track and deliver orders to meet financial goals.

b. Provide timely resolution of issues causing un-shippable inventory.

c. Timely execution of customer requested cancellations on orders within terms.

6. POST-SEASON: Timely execution of returns and claims request, ensuring account credit status is accurate.
7. Ensure quality, on-time relevant information is in place to ensure transparency and visibility for internal partners

8. Monitor, leverage and improve Performance KPI’s to maximize service & drive business decisions

9. Support the roll out of new processes, analytical tools and solutions, providing training on when and how they should be used
10. Develop and maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Nike matrix

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
- Marketplace Units (commercial teams), Logistics, Finance and Planning teams
- Retailers

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Degree Or High school diploma equivalent with 4-6 years of Customer Service/Order Fulfillment/Logistics/Operational working experience preferably in retail/consumer goods companies
- Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance or related experience preferred
- Advanced MS Office (Excel - pivoting / vlookup), ERP experience (SAP preferable)
