Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile / Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and releases.
Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, perform systems analysis, and develop functional specifications.
Define epics and user stories; manage test scenarios and test execution.
Help define upcoming initiatives/projects — alignment, scoping, resource planning, risk estimation.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (business, technology, QA); support change management and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and systems analysis.
Proficient in defining epics & user stories; managing test scenarios & execution.
Facilitation of Agile / Scrum ceremonies; backlog grooming, sprint planning, and releases.
Excellent communication across cross‐functional teams; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence (or similar).
Exposure to change management and continuous improvement.
