Take part in an international project to connect the world as Presales Manager in our new connectivity Business Unit.

The pre-sales manager leads a regional team of pre-sales engineer(s), while supporting the Eutelsat Sales Team with the required documents, deliverables, technical support, including via customer visits or workshops, and solutions that will secure new business/contract renewals.

You will have a central role to identify customer requirements, match them with Eutelsat products portfolio or design custom-tailored solutions where needed, and optimize the exploitation of Eutelsat capacity.

**Your mission**:

- Manage and oversee the activities of regional pre-sales regional team, provide leadership support with respect to solution strategy, internal co-ordination, and process implementation.
- Deeply involved in the key accounts of the region, prepare, and articulate needed solution and help to achieve business goals.
- Support the Sales Managers and Regional Directors with commercial proposals and technical studies.
- Lead and design the technical response to RFPs/RFIs, and act as a Bid Manager for internal coordination: understand customer needs, match them with Eutelsat Connectivity products portfolio, or design custom-tailored solutions where needed.
- For opportunities converted into contracts, ensure that ground services are coherently prepared and that the technical staff receive all information for timely implementation of services.
- Develop very good understanding of Eutelsat satellite resources and product offerings, work internally with teams in cohesive manner to validate customized solutions and service delivery aspects.
- Foster relationships with providers & partners, to be aware of the latest products, their pricing and co-ordination to resell them, in line with opportunity needs.
- Ensure technical and commercial data integration and knowledge continuity.
- Provide support for the preparation of standard proposals forms, including appropriate elements of corporate presentation and services.
- Identify and assign satellite capacity for new opportunities and for contract renewals.
- Optimize the allocation of satellite resources within Eutelsat fleet, including preparation and coordination of transfer plans within transponders, and between satellites.
- Demonstrate and present Eutelsat solutions/products at customer premises/trade fairs/ during ad hoc meetings, upon Sales Managers’ request.
- Team up with the Product team for the definition of future products/features and their implementation.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication or Satellite Engineering, Master's degree is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in satellite communication.
- Proven track record and minimum 3 years of team management experience.
- Good knowledge of RF, baseband, and networking parts in Satellite Communication.
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to pro-actively engage with all the stakeholders involved in the sales cycle.
- Result oriented mindset, must take ownership and should be a good team player.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Customer centric and solution oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**Nice to Have**:

- Fluency in Asian languages.
- Satellite Communication certifications such as GVF or others.
