**JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Engineering Manager**

Dynamo Software, Inc. is a software development company, leader in CRM systems providing unique technology solutions to corporate and institutional clients in the US and Europe. It has developed, and currently maintains, several product lines, and over 550 complex programs, ranging from e-commerce to wireless to finance. Among our existing list of clients are JPMorgan Chase Bank, Bank of America, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and many others. The company has been growing constantly since its inception in 1998, driven by its Dynamo product line.

The Sales Engineering Manager will be a key member of the customer-facing sales team and have primary responsibility for providing pre-sales technical support for all products. Sales Engineers help to identify key customer requirements and present products and use cases that meet the applicable requirements. Additionally, the SE will collaborate directly with internal employees and across all levels of management regarding client accounts to ensure that the customer’s needs are being met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare for and deliver customized use-case driven demonstrations of Dynamo solutions.
- Provide consultative support for pre-sales, partners, and customers.
- Ensure continuing client engagement during demonstrations and other technical sessions related to sales opportunities.
- Address technical blockers that are impeding the closing of opportunities.
- Focus on largest and highest potential opportunities first and understand how to work with sales/account executives to prioritize these.
- Work with the Technical Support team to highlight any technical blockers and ensure that these cases are addressed in a timely fashion based on the opportunity close date.
- Lead and support custom POCs
- Work closely with Sales to drive pipeline conversion via standard and custom demonstrations

Experience & Requirements:

- You have or will develop the ability to speak comfortably to Dynamo’s platform, roadmap, competition, and common systems integrations and challenges.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to provide a valuable and consistent customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree & 5+ years Pre-Sales experience, Alternatives industry experience
- 5+ years of expertise in development and presentation of demonstrations that showcase cutting edge software solutions for prospects and customers
- Professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills adapted to every level from project team members to C-Level executives
- Professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under critical conditions and influence others to achieve results
- Must be independent, self-motivated, a self-starter and possess a good working attitude
- Customer focused and results driven
