Overview
The incumbent will be appointed as the lead of the organisation’s ‘Health Performance Office’ (HPO) and will work closely with clinical leadership in effecting improvements on the ground. You will also be the technical/ IT expertise of a team that works closely with clinical leadership in managing hospital performance and clinical quality.
You will be responsible for the following**:
- Manage and coordinate all HPO related work in JurongHealth Campus. This includes:Working with data owners on the provision of relevant data for identified performance indicators
Transforming data into visual information on performance dashboards
Working with clinical leadership to review performance, identify indicators of concern and areas for improvement
- Design, build and maintain an interactive dashboard (in Tableau) for new or existing performance indicators.
- Work with Clinical HODs, doctors and their specialty operations colleagues to manage and implement multi-disciplinary, complex and high-stakes clinical projects aimed at improving NTFGH’s hospital performance and clinical quality.
**Requirements**:
- Good degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or relevant fields.
- 1-4 years working experience. Fresh graduates interested in pursuing a career in healthcare are welcomed to apply.
- Meticulous and able to perform data analysis, experience in the use of data visualisation software (e.g. Tableau) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, analytical, able to multi-task and prioritise projects to meet deadlines.
- Good project management skills.
