**Position: Assistant Finance Manager**

As an Assistant Finance Manager at ESR Real Estate Services Management, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team to ensure efficient financial management and reporting. You will assist in the overall financial operations, systems evaluations/enhancements and compliance for the assets under management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of assets under management ensuring accounts payables and receivables functions are in accordance with agreed policies/procedures.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely completion of month-end close activities.
- Conduct variance analyses and provide insights into financial performance
- Assist in the annual budgeting and planning cycle.
- Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation and information.
- Support the Finance Manager in systems evaluations, process improvements and financial reporting enhancements.
- Train and mentor junior finance staff as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in real estate or financial services.
- CA/ACCA/CPA qualified or pursuing professional certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
