We have completed over 70 listings on the Singapore Exchange and over 270 advisory engagements. With a strong deal pipeline, we are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our corporate finance teams.

As part of our Corporate Finance team, the responsibilities will include:

- Pro-actively manage day-to-day execution for advisory and capital-raising deal.
- Be part of and/or take the lead in project management.
- Together with auditors, lawyers and other professionals, conduct due diligence and assess the listability of clients.
- Manage communications and expectations among clients, professionals and regulators.
- Supervise and guide associates in project execution.
- Assist in deal origination.
- Perform financial analysis and develop valuation models.
- Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks.

**What we look for**:

- A degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance.
- Team players with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Track record of completed transactions with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
