Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full spectrum of accounting & financing functions
- Responsible for the end to end integration of new accounting system
- Prepare and ensure accurate and timely month end and year end closing of accounts, including
- journal entries, monthly schedules and variance analysis.
- Ensure financial reports are prepared in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore
- Handle Fixed Assets function including Fixed Assets register, assets tagging and reconciliation
- Prepare annual budget, monitor and regular update on budget utilisation
- Handle GST and corporate tax
- Prepare financials slides for board meetings
- Handle statistics surveys and statutory matters
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, financial controls are in place and to
- recommend and implement new/improve policies and procedures/financial controls where necessary
- Keep abreast of key changes in accounting standards and tax regulations
- Assist in finance related projects
- Assist in tenancy management such as preparation of new/renewal of tenancy agreements and related matters
- Assist in corporate secretarial matters
- Assist in any other work as may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Detailed, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Possess good communication skills
- Able to meet tight timeline
- Experience in Sage 300/Oracle will be an added advantage
- Able to start work immediately
