**The Opportunity**:
As a **Strategic Account Manager, Travel - APAC**, based in Singapore, you will support the growth of Worldline’s travel and hospitality portfolio, working with airlines, OTAs, and hotel brands. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals in account management, business development, customer success, or inside sales to develop expertise in payments and client relationship management.

In this role, you will manage client relationships, support business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients maximize the value of Worldline’s solutions.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:
**Account Management & Client Support**
- Act as a key point of contact for travel industry clients, ensuring excellent relationship management and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in contract renewals, pricing discussions, and service optimization to drive retention and account growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Worldline’s solutions to existing clients.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews, helping to address concerns and provide strategic insights.

**Operational & Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal teams (customer support, product, compliance, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support in maintaining CRM records (Salesforce), tracking account progress and business opportunities.
- Help coordinate project implementations and payment solution rollouts for clients.

**Industry Knowledge & Market Awareness**
- Stay up to date on payment trends, travel industry challenges, and competitive solutions.
- Represent Worldline at client meetings, industry events, and conferences, supporting business development efforts.
- Develop an understanding of APAC payment regulations and market dynamics to provide insights to clients.

**What are we looking for**:

- 1-2 years of experience in account management, business development, customer success, or inside sales.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Prior experience in payments, travel, fintech, or e-commerce is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin, Malay) are a plus.
