**Job Description: Executive cum Personal Assistant to CEO**

**Location: Singapore**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:
1. Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

2. Prioritize and coordinate internal and external commitments to optimize the CEO's time.

**Executive Support**:
1. Assist the CEO in preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.

2. Conduct research and provide insightful information to support decision-making processes.

3. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

**Communication**:
1. Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.

**Travel Management**:
1. Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.

2. Ensure travel plans are aligned with the CEO's schedule and preferences.

3. Where required should travel overseas to make arrangements before CEO arrives.

**Task Coordination**:
1. Manage and prioritize incoming requests and tasks, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.

2. Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

**Meeting Support**:
1. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as required.

2. Arrange meeting logistics, including venue booking, catering, and technology setup.

**Reminders and Deadlines**:
1. Set up and manage reminders for key deadlines, appointments, and important events.

2. Anticipate and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts.

**Ad Hoc Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

2. Provide support during peak workloads or high-priority situations.

3. Coordiante and manage estates in Singapore, USA and EU.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Prior experience in travel coordination and calendar management.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
