**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Support our growing APAC commercial & equipment services organization of over 550 sales/service associates with all Variable compensation-related matters. Ensuring efficient delivery of VCP process.
- Commercial and Financial Analysis. Drive visibility to leadership on commercial achievements of team, trends, insights etc. Drive VCP financials, budget, scenario impact planning, accruals etc with finance teams. Active engagement with HR on recruitment terms impacting VCP and payroll.
- Expert on the system (Xactly) or equivalent, as well as develop and deliver related sales training. Engagement with Commercial teams. “Hands on” to ensure timely payment in some regions directly while overall managing VCP function in APAC.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Accounting with 10+ years of relevant Variable Compensation experience. Master's degree will be preferred
- Experience in Variable compensation tools: Xactly Incent development / administration.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and advanced Excel. Process orientated.
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- Strong planning skills, documentation and audit abilities and experience of multi-tasking
- Efficiently “hands on” working with complex datasets from multiple sources, and data flows, Excel data analysis.
- Working experiences with Variable Compensation tools. Knowledge of “Xactly” tool preferable.
- Exposure to DBS/ Six Sigma/ TQM or any other quality enhancement processes.
