Compensation Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to design, configure, and implement compensation solutions using SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compensation management, deep technical knowledge of the Compensation module, and hands-on experience in full implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of compensation solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements related to salary planning, bonus, equity, and compensation cycles
Customize templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, and compensation worksheets
Configure merit, bonus, stock, and variable pay processes within SuccessFactors
Create and maintain documentation, specifications, guides, and training materials
Conduct system testing, support UAT, and resolve defects
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement suggestions
Work with cross-module teams for seamless data flow
Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases and advise on new features

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
At least 3 years of experience with the Compensation module
Completed 1-2 full-cycle Compensation implementations
Strong understanding of Compensation and Variable Pay concepts
Certification in Compensation (preferred)
Proficiency in creating Compensation Plans, Business Rules, and Statements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Employee Central integration is a plus
Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology is a plus
