Job Title:
SAP Compensation Expert.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to design, configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Compensation management processes, deep technical knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects.

This is a unique opportunity to work on various client projects and utilize your expertise in compensation planning, salary review, incentive plans, bonus eligibility and variable pay concepts.

Your key responsibilities include leading the design, configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions, working closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to salary planning, bonus planning, equity programs and compensation cycles, customizing templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, budget calculations and compensation worksheets, configuring merit, bonus, stock and variable pay processes within the SuccessFactors platform, creating and maintaining system documentation, functional specifications, configuration guides and user training materials, conducting system testing, UAT support and managing defect resolution, providing post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations, collaborating with cross-module teams to ensure smooth data flow and integrated processes, staying updated on SAP SuccessFactors product releases and advising on new features and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
  • Must have completed at least 1-2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Compensation and Variable Pay concepts.
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (preferred).
  • Proficiency in creating Compensation Plan Templates, Business Rules and Compensation Statements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage deliverables and work in a fast-paced environment.
