**Our CLIENT** is a global wholesaler and manufacturer of industrial equipment/vehicle with client base spanning across the automotive, equipment, manufacturing and engineering, and oil and gas industries.
**The Job**:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions, hiring and interviewing staff, compensation and benefits, employee relations, welfare and performance management.
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and stakeholders in designated business units as well as in compliance with Group HR of parent company
- Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition
- Oversee workplace safety function of the company.
- Coach/Mentor small team of HR employees
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in HR leadership role and a HR Generalist
- Prefer with working experience in heavy equipment industry
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Acts and TGFEP
- Well aware of government employment or support schemes
- Good in English speaking and writing
- Excellent People and Communication skills
- Possess Leadership skills and qualities
**Other Information**:
- Working Location: Jurong West/Pioneer, Singapore (walking distance to MRT station)
- Working Schedule: 5-Days Working Week, Office hours
- Permanent and full-time employment
