Position overview
Intern will report directly to the Internal Communications Expert based in Singapore and assist the Organizational Culture (OC) team members located in Beijing, California, Dublin, London and Singapore.
In this role, the intern will be exposed to various aspects of communications including content writing, data analytics for internal social media platform, and events management of employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of internal communications and culture-building strategies in a global tech environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Support internal communications initiatives
1. Write posts for internal social media platform and manage engagement on the platform
2. Review and edit articles, stories, and video scripts
3. Draft the monthly social media data analysis report
4. Be the liaison between the OC team and internal employee Influencers / Culture Champions
Support monthly employee engagement efforts
1. Provide administrative support for monthly online employee contests, which includes coming up with ideas, collating submissions, selecting and notifying winners, arranging for prize delivery.
2. Collaborate closely with in-house designers and video editors to produce campaign artwork and videos, and proof-reading.
1. Majors in Communications, marketing, human resources, psychology, or sociology are preferred
2. Excellent soft skills and social awareness; able to adapt to different cultures and environment
3. Be intellectually curious, creative, and a self-starter
4. Basic knowledge in data analysis is a plus
