About the Role

TikTok is seeking an Organizational Culture Specialist to support our Trust and Safety (TnS) team. The Organizational Culture Specialist will work as part of a diverse global team, developing impelling content, clear narratives and tactics tailored to business needs, and providing expertise and support that engages, inspires, and connects employees with our mission and core values.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to inform, connect, and engage our employees around our mission and core values.

2. Create innovative ways to effectively communicate information within the organization and motivate employees through internal communications campaigns.

3. Develop original and innovative editorial content for various internal channels, ranging from written communications, such as the intranet and internal newsletters, to video content and brand-driven campaigns.

4. Develop creative engagement plans and mechanisms to collaborate with employee wellness ambassadors and motivate the ambassador team to champion wellness culture.

5. Develop communications measurement materials to gauge effectiveness and interest level of internal audiences via a data-driven approach.

1. 1-4 years of experience in internal communications/HR. Fresh graduates with relevant HR/communications/marketing internship experience are welcomed to apply.

2. Exceptional communication and writing skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels and exercise discretion.

3. Experience in writing on deadline for a variety of different audiences, editorial work including the planning, development and distribution of communications materials in multiple formats.

4. A portfolio of writing samples and communications campaigns.

5. Highly creative with strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging employee experiences.

6. Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment preferred.

7. A proven track record of global, cross-functional partnership and relationship management.

8. Entrepreneurial and able to step in to assist with tasks/projects to support the team and overall organization.
