TikTok is seeking an Organizational Culture Partner to support our Trust and Safety (TnS) team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

The role will work as part of a diverse global team, developing innovative internal communications strategies, clear narratives, and tactics tailored to regional business needs, and providing expertise and support in employee engagement & well being.
The role would suit a tenacious, creative person with a passion for storytelling, comfort to lead through ambiguity and agility to navigate a fast-growing, complex business.

**Normally you will do**:
1. Work closely with the regional leaders to develop comprehensive internal communications and employee engagement strategy for the region.
2. Provide counseling to internal stakeholders and advise them on communications tactics and strategy. Provide strategic thinking to assist leaders in the planning and execution of regional communications programs.
3. Develop original, innovative editorial content for various internal channels, ranging from written communications, such as intranet, an internal newsletter, to video content and brand-driven campaigns.
4. Design and implement internal campaigns and events to boost engagement and bring our core values to life.
5. Develop and implement positive wellbeing programs to foster wellness culture at the workplace.
6. Act as point of contact/liaison between regional & global organizational culture team. Translate and adapt the global communication campaign into local programs.
1. 8-12 years of experience in internal communications /HR.
2. A portfolio of writing samples and communications campaigns.
3. Experience in leading organizational change and communications projects.
4. Preferably in a fast-moving, global industry or start-up company.
5. A proven track record of global, cross-functional partnership and relationship management.
6. Ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects with mínimal supervision, and to tight deadlines.
7. Excellent project management.
8. A creative thinker and storyteller with the ability to create engaging employee experiences.
9. Willing to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done, even when at times it’s outside the scope of the job.
