About the Team
This is a 6 months fixed term contract.

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for end to end employee lifecycle management including onboarding, performance management, leadership coaching, learning & development, talent engagement and retention. You will be involved in improving existing processes and procedures while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. This role will actively participate in translating business plans into talent, culture, and organization plans. Our HRBPs uniquely partner with our regional/global HR COE functions including orgnaizational culture, performance & incentives, organizational effectiveness, L&D, ER, HR Operations and talent Acquisition teams to manage the growth of the organization ranging from collaborative projects, continuous improvements, headcount planning, conducting interviews, to job architecture design. Our HRBPs are trusted advisors to the business, and champions of our company culture. Most importantly, we operate as a team; we are highly collaborative, humble, and supportive of each others growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to grow the business through headcount planning, redeployment, interviewing and onboarding.
- Guide employees through their onboarding experience, providing a great landing program, and conduct onboarding training to educate HR information.
- Build and sustain strong foundations for performance management, process governance, employee communication, etc. to meet strategic goals of the organization.
- Coach and mentor business leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Be the ambassador for the TikTok organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
- Support HR core works for employee life cycle such as employee retention through exit interviews, skip level with employees, employee satisfaction survey and others.
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive change management plans and facilitate execution.
- Collaborate with peer as well as cross-country HRBPs to contribute to common projects, facilitate knowledge sharing and a culture of collaboration within the HR team.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in global company
- Comprehensive HR and employment law knowledge, with experience in multiple APAC locations, an advantage
- Hands-on employee relations and performance management experience
- Demonstrated capability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise independently to deliver key business objectives
- Experience developing relationships and influencing across all levels

Preferred Qualifications
- HR experience in e-commerce or the technology industry, or BPO will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong communication, engagement and influencing capability
- Be self-motivated, diligent, responsive, accountable and resilient
