Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and strategic Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and review organizational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  2. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
  3. Oversee payroll administration, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  4. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to maintain a positive work culture.
  5. Drive employee development initiatives to enhance workplace culture and support organizational growth.
  6. Conduct performance management cycles and support talent development plans to ensure employees are equipped to meet business objectives.
  7. Advise management on HR strategies that support organizational growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
