We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Human Capital team in Singapore as an Organizational Development Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people learn and grow.

This role will involve managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and developing online training content, coordinating leadership programs and employee development initiatives, organizing employee engagement activities and communication sessions, supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative tasks, and helping with employer branding through social media content. We are looking for a motivated and digital-savvy team player who is comfortable working with digital tools, including LMS and AI tools like ChatGPT.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A degree in Business, HR, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. We value candidates with a positive and proactive attitude who are eager to learn and grow.
