Art Director

Responsibilities
Lead conceptual development and visual direction of culture content, including but not limited to motion graphics, animated explainers, internal campaigns, and editorial design across various platforms;
Design and deliver high-quality visual assets with creativity, and consistency;
Translate values, principles, and messages into emotionally resonant visual stories through suitable styles, and formats;
Partner and mentor team members, through structured ideation, creative reviews, and quality control across projects;
Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders to transform briefs into impactful creative concepts and campaigns;
Oversee project execution, timelines and workflows to meet deadlines and ensure efficiency in the work process;
Stay current with creative trends in visual storytelling to keep creative outputs fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in art direction or visual design;
A compelling portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design execution across multiple content formats;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and familiarity with tools like Figma or similar;
Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, composition, color, and motion design principles. Proven ability to transform abstract or strategic ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives;
Experience managing feedback cycles, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering work under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferably worked in a creative agency or brand's in-house team;
Strong communication skills and presentation confidence.
