Singapore AITIA INSTITUTE (S) LIMITED Full time

Reporting to the Head of Coaching Practice, the Organizational Coach will work with the Head of Coaching Practice to deliver coaching and leadership training services, as well as work on program design and facilitation to support the transformation process of the individual, team, family and organization via a suite of learning journeys and interventions.

The Organizational Coach will also play an educational and awareness role in embedding coaching as part of the group’s organizational culture, in support of growth and transformation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Coaching and program delivery, support program design and facilitation**
- Deliver individual or group coaching sessions (in-person and virtually) to support the transformative process of leaders
- Develop and deliver customized coaching and training solutions in self-leadership, unit leadership and organizational leadership, in response to organization needs.
- Facilitate workshops in accordance to AITIA’s offerings
- Track engagement using performance metrics and quality assurance

**Internal relationship management, brand management**
- Build long term relationships with leaders/clients, through training and development and networking.
- Raise awareness of AITIA’s offerings in coaching, training and facilitation in support of the organization’s transformation journey
- Stay abreast of trends, practices and innovations in the training, coaching and facilitation industry
- Be an advocate and role model of AITIA’s philosophy, well being and an elevated state of consciousness as the fundamentals to healthy relationships, flourishing organizations and sustainable future
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback to enhance AITIA’s offerings.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience with strong track record in coaching and delivering leadership training programs
- ICF, IAF, or ACTA credentials would be advantageous
- Some experience in program design and facilitation
- Prior experience in internal communications would be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, self-driven, hands on, can-do attitude
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Commitment to providing the highest level of support and quality
