**Position Overview**:

As a APAC Credit Card Lead, you’ll work to leading all aspects of the local and designated regional brands’ brand image, to continuously drive relevance to the target audience and to protect the integrity of the brands’ experiences.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
Be responsible for managing the day to day operation of the Credit Card program for APAC. Responsibilities include collaboration with card providers related to reconciliation of data. Communication with internal and external customers. Development and delivery of training to clients. Collaboration with BA Service Center and Global Travel as needed.
- Supervise the daily management, administration and support of the Credit Card Programs.
- Responsible for maintaining day to day controls over company card programs and reconciling all card accounts and payments.
- Educate employees on the proper use of the card, policy information and changes to the card.
- Address delinquent card holders of past due balances appropriately.
- Address any issues with the cards
- Train and educate users on new practices of card programs.
- Enhance the operation efficiency
- Client meetings
- Manage all Projects within the Team
- Provide assistance to Internal and External Auditors
- Provide monthly & quarterly training to new travelers within LAG
- Follow up on travelers’ queries
- Provide inputs to Global Travel Policy and support team to ensure compliance of same.
- Collaborate with BA Service Center and Global Travel as needed.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in a Business, Accounting or other related field
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounting (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, BTM or similar)
- Fluent in English
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to perform well under tight datelines
