**Role Description**

The role of the Talent Partner is to get involved in all aspects of the talent lifecycle across the APAC region. On a day-to-day basis the role will report into the APAC Finance Manager and globally to the Group CPO based in London.

**Key responsibilities**

Manage the day-to-day HR activities and administrative duties

Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee data in the HRIS System

Oversee compliance with local labour laws and regulations across APAC countries

Provide first point of support to managers and employees on HR related queries (eg: benefits, policies, procedures, performance)

Engage in the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, induction and offboarding

Process new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation and coordination of inductions.

Maintain HR data integrity by conducting regular audits

Ensure compliance with statutory reporting with guidance from the Finance Manager and CPO.

Support performance management processes and manage changes to employment terms. Eg: salaries and job titles.

Drive Talent processes and support global projects eg: engagement, training, culture initiatives.

**About You**

Experience in a similar HR role within the APAC region

Experience of Singapore is essential, Australia, Philippines, Indonesia preferred

Knowledge of labour laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. Deel, Teamtailor, Linkedin preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

**High degree of accuracy and attention to details**

**Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.**

**Working towards HR professional qualification CIPD/ SHRM / HRCI or other desirable.**
