Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in sales, selling SaaS platforms in the technology industry.
- 5 years of experience managing and leading a team.
- Experience selling to C-level executives or consulting in cloud-based (SaaS) technologies in Southeast Asia.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing or sales support in developing product, solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.
- Experience in reaching and exceeding business goals in the technology industry with SaaS products.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Ability to be detail
- and goal-oriented, analytical, and motivated, take initiative, and plan for both long-term and short-term goals.
- Organizational and project management skills.

**About the job**:
As a Sales Manager, you will acquire and grow customers for Google Workspace.
You will be managing a team focused on acquiring and retaining customers within our Select, Enterprise, and Corporate business. You will form part of the Google Workspace APAC leadership team and sub-regional extended Google Cloud leadership team, giving you an opportunity for broad impact.

**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve and forecast quarterly goals, customer acquisition goals, and customer retention goals.
- Hire, mentor, and drive a team to deliver against assigned acquisition and growth goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience.
- Build a high-growth territory strategy and execute on it. Work with teams to maximize business results and open opportunities with large enterprise customers.
- Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
- Manage a team across acquisition and retention accounts across an assigned territory.
