Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience discussing platform and infrastructure-as-a-service
- Experience with the cloud computing market.
- Educate and advocate for Google and our products when presenting to Bahasa-speaking clients and agencies on new products, campaign results, and performance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Technical or Sales Engineering experience in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, and a passion for Google Cloud products (Workspace, Google Cloud Platform).
- Ability to build influential relationships and to deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
- Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.

Our team inspires leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. You reach out proactively to show customers how Google Cloud solutions can help them become more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You'll maintain relationships with clients and work cross-functionally to devise solutions and support for Google's clients.
The Small
- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) Sales team focuses on business development in relation to small and medium-sized businesses, a critical segment for the Cloud business. The Sales team's priority is to maximize business growth from the SMB segment, predominantly through strategic pitching and advocacy, and cultivation of partners. The team also participates in research and experimentation with data-driven, scalable solutions intended to improve conversion rate and customer lifetime value.
As a Sales Representative, you are an expert blend of sales, technology and strategy. Much of your time will be spent talking with customers, discussing and advocating for the value of Google Cloud solutions, particularly Google Workspace. In addition to having a passion for sales, you also possess analytical and creative skills. As you talk with many customers and partners each month, you will have ideas for how we can improve our product or enhance the customer experience.
In this role, you will manage new initiatives or experiments, while also using your ability to manage stakeholders across many different functional teams in order to execute quickly and to drive success. You will also work to develop the business growth of your assigned territory through campaigns, partner development and marketing events.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary. Serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
- Deliver against assigned strategic goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience for our customers.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
- Work with our Sales Engineers and trusted Google Cloud Partners as a critical member of the Sales team in order to maximize business results and to cultivate opportunities with small and medium businesses.
