**Responsibilities**:
- Understand and effectively articulate the firm’s key product offerings; Brokerage Services, Prime and SaaS
- Explore, develop and build relationships with clients within Asia region
- Manage all aspects of successful customer acquisition and retention including pipeline management, scoping, pitching, onboarding as well as account and service review, pricing and competition analysis
- Handle clients inbound enquiries, as well as actively seeking new counterparts and opportunities
- Drive the sales and business development of the region, focusing on short, medium and long term strategies
- Manage Institutional and high value retail clients
- Coordinate with teams to broaden client pipeline and increase opportunity conversion rate & cross-selling
- Work closely with marketing and public relations teams to maximize new business opportunities and create brand awareness
**Qualification and Experiences**:
- 6 years+ relevant experience in Crypto sales, Sales Trading and/or product promotion. Master degree is a plus.
- Proven track record within Digital assets with solid network along with previous experience in at least one or a number; remittance, sales-trading, digital assets, prime-brokerage, lending, custody
- Knowledge & experience in Digital Assets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Sales-oriented, highly self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
- Logical thinker with excellent multi-tasking skills
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
