We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales to join our dynamic SaaS sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales who is passionate about Edutech and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

**What you will do**

You will be selling the software as a Service (SaaS) product to Education Sectors.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our SaaS solution to prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and aligning our solution to address their pain points.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting specific industries or market segments.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, update customer information, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Proven track record of success in software or SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the ability to articulate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and pivot sales strategies accordingly.
- Experience in cold calling or direct sales will have added advantage
- Experience in the Edutech or related industries is highly desirable.
