[What the role is]

SSG is the lead agency driving and coordinating the implementation of the SkillsFuture Movement. SSG has developed and launched a whole-of-government Training Grant System (TGS) to serve as a common platform for individuals, enterprises and training providers to access training grants, and for government agencies to manage their training grant schemes. SSG continuously enhances TGS to support the implementation of new policies, programmes and processes, and adopts a user-centric approach to improve and add new features and functions to the system.

**[What you will be working on]**

The key responsibliities include
- Working in scrum teams, lead in Sprint Design, Review, Retrospective, etc
- Providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project
- Assessing, planning and prioritising product feature requests from business teams
- Project management and translation of business needs into system requirements
- Conducting User Reviews and UX testing
- Managing relationship with stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery of milestones on time
- Validating the technical solutions proposed by the development team

**[What we are looking for]**
- Tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in incentives management, Continuing Education and Training (CET), and/ or running CET schemes / pilots will be advantageous.
- To perform well in this job, you should possess the following:

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Savvy to navigate and operate in and around complex environments and systems
- Highly motivated to problem-solve and seek innovative solutions

- Project management skills
- This is a 2-year contract position
