
Principal Manager, Ecosystem Development

[What the role is]
This role supports the Ecosystem Development team to account manage and drive capability development of key industry partners (including SkillsFuture Queen Bees, Skills Development Partners, other Tier 1 channel partners), to build a capable network of ecosystem enterprise partners in support of the Enterprises for SkillsFuture strategy, to amplify the impact of SkillsFuture and drive adoption in enterprises.
**[What you will be working on]**
- Innovate and implement key programmes in support of the Enterprises for SkillsFuture strategy, such as the SkillsFuture Queen Bee (SFQB) programme and the Skills Development Partner (SDP) project, to amplify the impact of SkillsFuture
- Manage major SFQB, SDP, and other Tier 1 channel partner accounts (e.g. TACs, unions, private sector intermediaries and government agencies), and drive the achievement of targets and strategic objectives
- Work with SFQB, SDP, and other Tier 1 channel partners to implement the committed scope of works, and to identify new market segments to drive awareness and outreach
- Manage SFQB and SDP partnership agreements, disbursements and other administrative matters
- Manage and cultivate allocated portfolio of channel partners
- Implement engagement plans and activities to build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, uncover current and potential business concerns and needs, and identify areas for improvement and recommend changes
- Implement plans to build up capabilities of channel partners to promote SkillsFuture and effectively through enablement programmes
- Promote SkillsFuture at events, forums and engagement platforms
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to ideate business solutions to facilitate SkillsFuture adoption by enterprises
**[What we are looking for]**
- Tertiary qualifications
- 10 years of relevant work experience, with the last 3-5 years in business development, channel development, franchise management and account/relationship management
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to devise practical solutions to tackle work issues
- Strong adaptation skills to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
- Strong project and resource management skills to handle concurrent work assignments, and deliver high quality-work within tight deadlines
- Resourceful and enjoys challenges in navigating complexities to identify workable solutions to resolve issues and challenges
- Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of SkillsFuture initiatives will be an advantage
