[What the role is]
Working with diverse external and internal stakeholders, the individual will be responsible for the following work scopes:
[What you will be working on]
- Lead a transformative initiative to redesign and implement a new service journey on MySkillsFuture portal
- Oversee and design seamless user journey for individuals across all strategic touchpoints from MySkillsFuture portal to other integrated digital products
- Perform UX assessment (heuristic evaluation, review data from various sources, audit website) and proactively identify user pain points, plan and conduct user research/usability testing to gather insights to deliver optimal user experience
- Design prototype and iterate ideas for UI design (wireframes, mockups)
- Oversee workflow changes and ensure seamless ops-tech integration with other backend operations/systems
- Develop operational processes, guidelines and policies to ensure successful end-to-end implementation of the initiative
- Track key data insights to report outcomes and inform iteration of product enhancements regularly
- Develop Service Level Agreement evaluation and management framework to manage user enquiries

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 10 years of experience in UX/UI design, research and analysis, design thinking and website development work
- Proficient in analysing qualitative and quantitative data, especially web analytics using Adobe Analytics
- Well versed in user interface design tools and design software like InVision, Adobe XD or others.
- Ability to navigate complex processes and simplify them for UX/UI improvements
- Strong project management skills
- Able to work independently but also a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Can work well under pressure and given timelinesDomain knowledge in SkillsFuture systems will be an added advantage.
