Position Purpose
Lead a small team to design, drive, and implement group-wide Talent Management framework and Learning & Development strategies to address leadership and organizational development needs. Key responsibilities include coordinating and implementing our talent programs, identifying learning needs based on skills gap analyses, curating development courses and managing the training budget.

**Principal Accountabilities**:
Talent Management
- Develop and implement the talent management framework which encompasses the identification, evaluation, development, and retention of the different exceptional talents group wide
- Support the development of Talent programs and activities aimed at developing, engaging, and retaining good performing talents within the organization.
- Work with Leadership Team and Business Partners to strengthen succession planning processes and capabilities and ensure that successors are in place for key leadership positions
- Create communication platforms to facilitate talent development plans and career conversations
- Regularly engage Senior Management and Business Unit heads together with the Business Partners on building capability and talent pipeline
- Ensure timely maintenance and updates of the central Talent database
Learning & Development
- Develop and drive a strong Learning & Development strategy which is aligned to the company’s business objectives and strategic direction
- Create and facilitate impactful development programs customized for different employee groups based on developmental needs
- Ensure that the New Hire Orientation program for new staff is effective and stays relevant
- Identify, evaluate, and work with external vendors to roll out relevant development programs for talents and leaders
- Generate interest and awareness of talent and learning programs, and foster a Learning Culture within LUXASIA
- Engage Leadership Team and Department Heads regularly to understand skill and competency gaps to identify training needs
- Continuous evaluation of external training vendors in terms of cost, program relevance and overall effectiveness
- Manage and ensure sufficient allocation and usage of the annual training budget

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- At least five (5) years of working experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development. Experience in organizing training activities in a corporate environment, and in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven ability to develop and deploy Group and local HR projects and programs that align with the business strategy
- Equipped with great interpersonal and consultative skills, and able to work with all levels of employees, as well as influencing with stakeholders
- Highly hands-on, with demonstrated capability to run seamless operations in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Formal certifications in organizational development, training and development, and human resources would be an advantage
- Must be skilled in communicating with others, both verbally and in writing.
