We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out social media activities and digital campaigns to increase the engagement and mindshare of SkillsFuture initiatives and lifelong learning mindset among our audience.

**[What you will be working on]**

**Social Media Management**
- Ideate and execute timely and engaging content in line with SSG’s social media strategy. This may entail collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including SSG’s social media agency
- Manage content calendar and day-to-day social media activities e.g. publishing, community management and media buys
- Generate and analyse social media reports to identify areas for content and media optimisation as part of always-on activities
- Appear as the occasional talent for social media content

**Digital Campaigns**
- Conceptualise and execute digital campaigns end-to-end

**[What we are looking for]**
- 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in social media, digital marketing and communications
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and messaging apps, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Telegram.
- Proficient in editing software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro and social media management tools e.g. Emplifi
- Resourceful and able to work independently to drive projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Strong command of spoken and written English, and preferably a second language
- Experience with building brand advocates, will be considered favourably
