You are ready to learn and collaborate and go the extra mile to make things happen.- If the above sounds like you, this position might be just what you’re looking for- About the job- The role is responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers, including complex quotations and advance technical support (including sizing & selection).- Key tasks:
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Products and services.
- Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.
- Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
- Proactive looking for upselling opportunities.
- Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
- Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
- What you know?- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Degree in Marine Engineering a plus.
- Marine equipment and technical background a plus. (aftersales, spare parts & service)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent eteam player and ability to collaborate well with different stakeholders.
- High customer service orientation.
- Has worked in company with international setting, and has worked with a matrix organization.
- Self-motivated team player with positive attitude and drive to excel
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
