Inside Sales and Purchase Executive for FSE SAFE Projects Pte Ltd

FSE SAFE is trading company that supply project supplies to Oil & Gas, Marine, Petrochemicals & Refineries and other Manufacturing Industries

Job Summary:

The role involves managing inside sales, supporting marketing efforts, and overseeing procurement. Responsibilities include client prospecting, preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project supplies.

Complete end-to-end operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales:

 Generate and follow up on leads.

 Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals.

 Maintain records and report on sales performance.

 Foster strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

 Marketing Support:

Assist with market research, marketing campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.

Support event coordination for industry trade shows or webinars.

Purchasing:

 Identify and manage suppliers, negotiate prices and terms.

 Global Sourcing

 Process purchase orders and manage inventory.

 Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain cost efficiency.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can balance sales, marketing, and procurement functions to support the company's growth.
