We are now hiring for an internal sales executive in our APAC office You will need to have sales experience with a hunger to succeed, proven ability to cold call but full training will be given. The role is at the Junior Management level.

J**ob Purpose**:
Our Inside Sales Executives sell company products and services into the exciting marine industry with customers that include Shipping, Naval & Commercial. Our customers are a good mix of end users & partners across the international shipping industry in a B2B environment.

Working closely with our internal and external sales teams you will be expected to maintain and grow our key strategic customer accounts, develop new opportunities in growth territories & build a pipeline of loyal customers.

Your responsibilities include:

- Growth of sales, opportunities, and relationships within our strategic development territories
- Deliver accurate & on time quotes and tenders’ deadlines
- Maintain a high quality of work for our customers as a gold standard
- Manage our customers’ delivery expectations confidently and efficiently
- Successfully grow supplier relationships to help support your customer activities
- Develop, learn and grow as an individual and as a successful part of the Martek Marine family

What you bring to us:

- Strong background in sales
- An ambitious personality with a real desire to develop
- Experience in winning new customers and business
- Experience within the shipping, marine, B2B industry would be fantastic but not essential for the right person
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work within a CRM system (Office 365 preferred but not essential)
- HUNGER

This position will suit a tenacious, outgoing, enthusiastic person. You are a team player with excellent organizational and communication skills. You can work under pressure and deal with people at all levels. You can work with initiative and a keen perception.
