The incumbent provides excellent customer service to residents and tenants of HDB estates managed by the Town Council. The incumbent is also an enthusiastic and energetic member of a team that works to build relationships with various agencies, thereby working hand-in-hand to to improve the living environment of our beautiful estate. The incumbent should also be physically fit to carry out daily estate inspections, thereby ensuring that quality maintenance and improvement works are being carried out. Responsibilities: You will assist the Property Manager in:
Carrying out estate inspection
Identifying building defects as part of quality management & maintenance of Public Housing Estate
Supervision of contracts in building maintenance and improvement works
Attending to residents/tenants’ feedback
Managing arrear cases
Liaising with grassroots organisations & government agencies
Co-ordinating projects

**Requirements**:
Minimum Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Diploma in Building/ Civil & Structural Engineering or Building/ Real Estate Management/ Property Development/ Intelligent building or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure
No medical barriers and physically fit
