**Job Title: Senior Property Investment Officer (Marbleture Property Arm)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support senior property investment officers or management in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Assist in evaluating and assessing properties for their financial viability, potential returns, and risks.
- Collaborate with property developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather essential investment data and market insights.
- Participate in negotiations and contribute to property acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements.
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, financial models, and feasibility studies for prospective real estate projects.
- Monitor and analyze property market trends, economic factors, and industry developments to assist in making informed investment decisions.
- Contribute to the due diligence process for property acquisitions, including financial, legal, and environmental assessments.
- Support the implementation of risk assessment and mitigation strategies for property investments.
- Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing strategies to optimize property portfolio performance and maximize returns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market conditions, and investment trends.
- Collaborate with property management teams to support the performance of existing properties.
- Prepare reports and presentations on the performance of the property investment portfolio.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property valuation methods, and investment analysis is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn from senior professionals in the field.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in the real estate sector is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for property inspections and business meetings.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
