Toa Payoh, Singapore Bishan - Toa Payoh Town Council Full time

The Property Manager reports to the General Manager, Town Council, in the day-to-day operation of a division. He/She will lead a team of Property Executives/Officers in the township management of a portfolio of estates.
- Oversees the performance of the team in the operations and maintenance of the common properties within the town. This include but not limited to the supervision of works carry out by appointed contractors, ensuring compliance and satisfactory workmanship
- Deliver excellent service standard to all stakeholders, comprising residents, community partners and government agencies
- Initiate, plan and execute estate improvement projects from generating innovative solutions, conceptualisation, execution, project management to completion of the projects
- Work closely with Planning & Contract team on invitation of tender for procurement of services
- Provide professional advice to the management team on the operation of the estate
- Ensure stringent compliance with corporate governance
- Establish and maintain good rapport and close partnership with all stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Good disposition with good interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure with composure
- Must be willing to work on weekend (when necessary) to be involved in activities such as advisors' visit to residents etc.
- Only Singaporeans may apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $4,700.00 per month
