**Our client is an established and well-diversified group of companies, with building construction & civil engineering being one of their core activities. Currently, they are seeking for Leasing, Senior Executive in supporting the operations.**

**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**

**Leasing**
- Developing and planning of leasing strategies for shopping malls and other classes of property
- Responsible in sourcing, evaluating and securing new tenants for the properties
- Managing appointed agents
- Negotiate and monitor terms of lease and sales (when applicable)
- Responsible for all tenancy management activities
- Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with authorities and building standards & requirements
- Work with finance department on arrears management
- Conduct periodic inspections of all properties own by the Company

**Facilities Management**
- Manage all operational activities relating to Facilities and Maintenance for portfolio of properties (Office, Commercial, Industrial and Residential)
- Maintain and update annual inspection and certificate of facility equipment in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements
- Review and evaluate contractors' quotations
- Manage minor A&A works and M&E/Facility related repair and replacement works
- Recommend and implement best practices in facility maintenance as to achieve a safer and energy-saving working environment
- Ensure that contractors/sub-contractors perform their services as per the service contracts
- Manage all contracts to ensure they are reviewed on a regular basis and are bid out as required; verify that invoices match contract pricing
- Monitor and ensure that tenants and vendors comply with insurance requirements and coordinate all claims, as required
- Perform any other duties assigned
