**Job Title: Senior Property Investment Officer (Marbleture Property Arm)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Evaluate and assess properties for their financial viability, potential returns, and risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and collaborate on property acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements.
- Create comprehensive investment proposals and present them to senior management and investors.
- Monitor and analyze property market trends and economic factors to make data-driven investment decisions.
- Manage the due diligence process for property acquisitions, including financial, legal, and environmental assessments.
- Oversee the financial modeling and feasibility studies for prospective real estate projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies for property investments.
- Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize property portfolio performance and maximize returns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market conditions, and investment trends.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the property investment team.
- Collaborate with property management teams to optimize the performance of existing properties.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the property investment portfolio.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property investment, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar senior role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property valuation methods, and investment analysis.
- Demonstrated track record of successful property acquisitions and investment management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in the real estate sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for property inspections and business meetings.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
