**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance and support to residents in addressing residents' feedback and requests

Oversees the contractors performing estate maintenance, improvement projects and cleanliness. Conduct daily inspections of the estate to ensure a clean and conducive living environment for our residents

Identify building defects and recommend/ implement remedial actions including carrying out preventive and cyclical maintenance works

Initiate, execute preventive and corrective maintenance works from identification of areas of improvement, obtain quotations, issuance of work orders to supervision of satisfactory delivery of works

Carry out enforcement of Town Council’s By-Laws

Conduct home visits to arrears cases so as to identify financial hardship cases

Work closely with grassroots leaders, government agencies and community partners to create a harmonious and conducive living

**Requirements**:
Minimum Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate in Building / Construction, Property / Real Estate or related courses

Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous

Able to work under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills

No medical barriers and physically fit

Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
